If you are looking for permanent housing we will help you find a regular lease and overcome the difficulties of the renting process in Japan.  While searching for the right long-term rental apartment, you have the possibility to stay at our shared houses or furnished apartments for a temporary period.

Shared Houses

If you are looking for an affordable accommodation and you like to meet new people, a shared house is just the right choice for you. In a shared house you will have your own private bedroom and access to shared areas such as kitchen, living room and bathroom. The shared areas are usually spacious and well-equipped and offer a great opportunity to meet new people and make friends.

Moving into a shared house is uncomplicated and we charge very low move-in fees. If you decide to stay at a shared house managed by Global Networks, your initial costs will be only a third of what you would usually have to pay for an accommodation.  Furthermore, you will not need a guarantor if you have a confirmed place at University or an employment contract. You can choose from a variety of different shared houses in different areas.  Shared houses include International Houses, Guest Houses and Share Houses.

Furnished apartments

Renting one of our furnished apartments is the best solution for those who want to enjoy the privacy of having their own home in Japan. As our apartments are equipped with all basic household appliances you will be able to move in quickly and easily while at the same time saving a considerable amount of money. You don’t have to set up utility accounts such as electricity, water, internet etc. because they are all included in the rent, allowing you to enjoy a carefree stay in Japan. We have furnished apartments in many different areas of Tokyo and Yokohama thus we will certainly find just the right place for you.

Both shared houses and furnished apartments can be booked for a short or long term stay.

While staying in one of our temporary accommodations, you may want to look for permanent housing. As most property websites are in Japanese and many real estate agents don’t speak English, finding an affordable apartment is difficult if you don’t speak Japanese well.
